    1 pint strawberries, sliced
    2-3 stalks fresh rhubarb, cut in small pieces
    2 tbls honey
    1 cup low-fat granola
    1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt (optional)


Toss the sliced strawberries and rhubarb in a small baking dish. Drizzle with the honey. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until tender. After removing from the oven, divide between dessert cups, sprinkle with granola, and yogurt, if desired. This is best served warm, and can be reheated.
Approximately 6 - 1/2 cup servings.
