    6 chicken breast
    1 large can pineapple slices(save juice)
    1 c brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    green pepper rings(optional)


Salt chicken breast and pepper to taste. Melt butter in baking dish. Roll chicken in melted butter and bake for 45 minutes at 400.

Place green pepper rings and pineapple rings on chicken. Return to over and cook while you bring to boil the pineapple juice and brown sugar. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes or just until hot and pour over chicken. Bake another 20 to 30 minutes. Serve over Uncle Ben's wild rice. The juice is wonderful over the rice and chicken.
