    1 lb boneless skinless chicken, cut for skewering
    2 lbs pork cut for skewering
    3 bell peppers cut for skewering
    2 onions cut for skewering
    1 lb whole button mushrooms or baby portobellos
    3 cups italian salad dressing
    enough water to cover all in a large bowl w/lid


combine all ingredients in a large bowl. add enough water to cover ingreedients and marinate for 24 hours to 3 days(the longer the marination, the better the taste).

Skewer and cook over grill, or in broiler. Makes approximately 16 skewers.
