Introduction
This was a combination of different recipes I had seen. I didn't have all the ingredients for any of them. So I used what I had and heres what I got. Turned out quite delicious! Ingredients

one package of hot turkey italian sausage
1 cup of diced bell peppers (red, green, and yellow)
4 tbsp of diced onion
1 cup diced tomato
2 cups of brown rice
Mrs. Dash seasoning (to taste)
garlic salt (to taste)
a little olive oil
Directions
In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage after you've removed the meat from the casings.
Cook the brown rice according to the directions on the rice box.
Once the meat and rice is finished, mix all the ingredients together.
Add in the seasonings to taste.
