    16 oz Turkey Sausage
    1 box whole wheat pasta (I use penne)
    1/2 cup Olive Oil
    1 green bell pepper
    2 tbsp Garlic
    1 cup Parmesean Cheese
    Red Pepper flakes to taste


Saute green pepper with cooking spray until tender. Add sausage and garlic and cook thoroughly. Cook Pasta. Combine pasta and sausage in large pot, and add olive oil and pepper to taste. Sprinkle w/ Parmesean cheese. Makes
