    Beef, round steak, 12 oz
    *Jimmy Dean HOT Pork Sausage, 4 oz
    No Yolk Broad Noodles, 2 oz
    Barilla Plus Rotini 1 oz.
    Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 cup
    Green Beans French style, 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    *California Sun Dried Tomatoes, 2 serving
    *Beef Stock-Swanson 33% less Sodium, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    2 cups water
    1 tsp Chili powder
    1 tsp Seasoned Salt
    1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 tsp Garlic/ Tomato Pest Spice


Cut the round steak into small 3/4" cubes, brown and cook for 10 minutes. Add the onions and brown a bit while heating the water to cook noodles. Cook sausage (ground) in a separate pan, drain, set aside.

Add broth, spices, and vegetables to main pan with other ingredients. When the noodles are done, add 2 cups of the water from the noodles. Add noodles at the end. Sprinkle ground sausage on top.

Mix together, serve with reduced fat Ritz.
