    Thick White Sauce (Vita-Mix Recipe)
    1 Can Chicken
    1/4 cup crushed crackers
    3 hard boiled eggs


Make white sauce in blender. Chop two of the eggs and set aside. Crush crackers in baggie and set aside 1/4 cup.

Pour a little white sauce in the bottom of a small casserole dish. Start layering with chicken, eggs and crackers and white sauce. Make three layers. When done, top with crackers and 3rd egg sliced and yolk showing. Pour small amount of white sauce over the top.

Bake in 425 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
