    4 oz hodgson mill whole wheat spiral pasta
    1 tsp basil
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 clove garlic minced
    1/8 tsp tonys cajun seasoning
    1 tsp dried parsley
    10 oz frozen broccoli


add all ingredients except pasta and broccoli to 2 qts water, bring to boil add pasta cook 2 minutes then add *broccoli. cook until pasta al-dente

* Brocolli is add depenping how much you like it cook.
