Easy Flavorful Crockpot Summer Delight Easy Flavorful Crockpot Summer Delight
Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb of skinless,boneless chicken breast
    10 cloves of garlic smashed
    1/2 cup sundried tomatoes chopped
    1/4 extra virgin olive oil
    1 cup of a wild rice blend
    1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
    2 cups of water


Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in the bottom of crockpot. Top with rice, garlic and sundried tomatoes. Mix oil, lemon juice and water in a small bowl and pour over chicken. Stir once to coat rice. Cook on low for 8 hours and enjoy!
