Great tasty dish that any kid will love. Great tasty dish that any kid will love.
Number of Servings: 10


    Salt & Pepper
    7 egg white
    1.5 cup of whole wheat flour
    4 cups Pancho bread crumbs
    about 4 big 8oz breast of chicken


Cut up chicken into bit size potions (finger size for the kids) Salt and Pepper the chicken to taste. You can add any additional spice you want at this time.
Then drench the chicken in egg whites then in flour then back into egg and then into the Pancho bread crumbs. Heat a skillet with EVOO and wait until hot ( Sprinkle water in skillet , when you hear it pop then oil is ready for you to add chicken) Cook on both sides until golden brown
Makes 10 3 oz servings.
