    8 oz lamb chops
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    2 tsp honey


Preheat grill to medium high. Mix olive oil with chopped rosemary, salt and pepper to form a paste. Rub one side of chops with rosemary mixture. Cook on hot grill 3 - 4 on first side. After turning chops, brush with honey mustard misxture and grill for another 3 - 4 minutes depending on thickness of chops. Makes 4 servings.
