Ingredients

    1 tbsp Pepper, black,
    2 cups Chicken Breast, cooked, chopped
    2 cups Celery, sliced
    1/2 cup Onions, chopped
    2 cups Carrots, diced
    5 cloves Garlic, chopped tiny
    12 cups Trader Joe's organic chicken broth (3 boxes)
    2 cups Brown Rice Elbow Noodles
    2 tbsp Parsley, dried

Directions

Heat stock pot to med hi, sweat onions and garlic for about 4 minutes or until they are starting to become clear. Carefully pour in stock. Bring broth to boil. Add chopped carrots and celery, bring back to boil, cover and let boil for 10 minutes. Check carrot for tenderness. Add noodles, boil for about 3-4 minutes and turn off heat. Check in 8- 10 minutes. Pour in chicken and season with pepper.
