    2 TBSP Canola Oil, divided
    2 TBSP Scallions, chopped
    1 TBSP Safeway Ginger, Sesame and Teriyaki marinade
    3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
    2 Cups of Broccoli, Crowns only
    12 OZ Skinless Turkey Breast, chopped into bite-size pieces
    2 Cups White Rice


Heat 1 TBSP Canola oil in a wok. When hot, add in the broccoli and the garlic. Saute, stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes, or until broccoli is tender. Remove the broccoli and garlic mixture from the wok, and set aside. Add the remaining 1TBSP of oil to the wok and heat. When hot, add the turkey and saute for 3 minutes. Add in the rice and marinade sauce. Saute, stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Add the broccoli mixture. Remove from heat and toss well. Serve warm.
