    1 lb ground sirloin
    1 medium Onion, chopped, minced
    6 cloves Garlic
    4 large Peppers - any color (red, yellow, orange or green)
    1 tomatoes, diced
    1 can Tomato Sauce - no salt added, 8 oz
    1 tsp Basil
    3 tsp Thyme, fresh
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    2 tsp Kosher salt
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tsp Worstershire Sauce
    1/2 cup dry Basmati Brown Rice
    1 cup Chicken Broth


Bring broth and rice to boil, reduce heat to simmer and cover, cook 45 minutes.
Cut tops off peppers and seed. Steam peppers for 10 minutes until fork tender. Place in baking dish
Chop and mince onion and garlic.
Preheat overn to 375 degrees.
Add olive oil to large skillet and heat. Saute onion. Add ground sirloin, brown meat. Add garlic and tomato, cook for 10 minutes. Add spices, brown rice, worchestershire and 1/2 tomato sauce.
Stuff the pepper. Split remaining tomato sauce among 4 peppers and add on top of meat mixture. Top each pepper with 1/4 of cheese. Put pepper tops on each pepper.
Place peppers in preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes
