    5 lbs. Russet Potatoes
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 stick unsalted butter
    salt and pepper to taste


Peel (or not) and cube the potatoes. Boil until fork tender. Using a mixer, add the butter and boiled potatoes into a bowl and whip the potatoes to make them smooth. Add the cream as you go until you get the consistency you are looking for. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes approx. 10 servings (1 cup/serving.)
