I make this in a bread maker on the dough setting. I make this in a bread maker on the dough setting.
Number of Servings: 12


    1 1/8 water
    1/3 cups of honey
    1/4 teas salt
    3 cups whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup powdered milk
    2 teas of yeast


I add these ingredients to my bread maker pan in this order. I set the bread maker for the dough setting. When it is finished I divide the dough into twelve peices and put them in a muffin tin I have sprayed with olive oil spray. I put some spray on my hands to make it handle better. I let the rolls raise 1/2 hour and set the oven for 350 degrees. When the oven is hot I bake the rolls for 30 minutes. I cool them on a rack and spray the tops with the olive oil spray. I freeze some of them to eat later.
