Introduction

Yummy, healthy breakfast that fills you up and doesn't leave you feeling guilty. Yummy, healthy breakfast that fills you up and doesn't leave you feeling guilty.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/4 White Flour
    1/4 Oat Bran
    1/2 Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 T. baking powder
    1/4 t. salt
    3/4 milk
    1 T. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 T. canola oil
    1 c. blueberries

Directions

Lightly oil non-stick skillet or pan and preheat on medium heat while you are preparing the mix. Mix together dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately and then pour wet ingredients into dry. Fold in blueberries. Use 1/4 measure to measure out the pancake batter into the skillet. Cook until bubbles form and pop on one side then flip and brown on the other side. Keep in warm oven until all pancakes are cooked. Makes 8 pancakes.
