    378 grams of yukon potatoes
    .125 morton kosher salt
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp black pepper


Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
Cut potatoes and season them with the oil, salt, pepper. Place on cookie sheet and put into oven for 30 minutes. Until golden brown and cooked. Toss after 15 minutes. Enjoy.
