    2 cups Barilla Plus Elbow Macaroni
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1/4 cup chopped carrot
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. pimentos
    3/4 cup Kraft Light Mayo
    2 tsp yellow mustard
    2 tsp white vinegar
    2 pkts truvia


Cook macaroni according to directions on pkg. Cook eggs (I cooked my eggs with the pasta). While these are cooking - chop up the celery, carrots. Combine the mayo, mustard, vinegar and truvia. Add to cooked and cooled pasta and chopped cooled eggs. Yummy!
