Ingredients

    1 bag of boil in bag brown rice
    2 cups frozen broccoli
    1 5 oz can tuna in water, drained

Directions

Cook the boil in bag rice about 10 minutes till done. Empty into bowl. Cook the broccoli in microwave 2-3 minutes. Drain the tuna and mix everything together. Top with balsamic vinegar.
