Ingredients

1/2 lb Ground Elk Meat
1-1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Onion, Chopped
1 cup Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/8 tbsp dried basil
1/2 cup Plain Fat Free Yogurt
3 cups Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Extra Wide Pasta
Directions
1. Cook Pasta according to package, omit salt or oil. Saute Onion in 1/2 tbsp olive oil.
2. Add meat and saute until meat is done. Remove from pan and keep hot.
3. Add remaining oil to pan; saute mushrooms.
4. Add beef and onions to pan with seasonings.
5. Add yogurt; gently stir in. Heat, but do not boil.
