    7 med potatoes - peeled
    1 stick of butter
    3/4 c flour
    1.5 tsp salt
    6 c of skim milk


boil potatoes for @ 10 min - soft but not mushy
drain - set aside -
melt butter and saute any veggies you want to add
then add in flour and mix well.
Add the potatoes, milk and seasoning
Stir consistently
simmer for approximately 10 min
