    Onions, 2 slices
    Tomatoes, 1 half medium
    Cucumber, 1/4 cup slices with peel
    Romaine Lettuce, 4 leaves
    (and add any further veggies you'd like)
    Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp
    Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/2 Tbsp
