Ingredients

    5-6 cups flour
    2 Tbsp yeast
    2 tsp sugar
    1 Cup milk
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/3 cup canola oil
    3 tsp salt
    2 eggs

Directions

Put 5 cups flour into mixer fitted with dough hook.

Mix yeast and sugar with 1 cup lukewarm water.

Warm milk in microwave. Add sugar, oil, salt, and eggs to milk and stir.

Turn mixer on and pour in yeast mixture and milk mixture. Mix slowly. Add up to 1 cup flour (6 total) to make a dough that is slightly sticky but holds together.

Let rise 45 minutes in greased bowl. Shape into 24 rolls and place on jelly-roll pan. Let rise 45 minutes. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
