Ingredients

    1/2 whole wheat pita bread
    2 tbsp sabra classic hummus
    1 black bean veggie burger
    .5 cup chopped cucumber with the peel

Directions

microwave the pita for 15 seconds to soften it.
microwave the burger for 60 seconds or cook in nonstick pan for 5 mins flipping at 2.5. No need for oil.

chop cucumber and burger then mix with hummus and stuff the pita full. ...I eat what ever is left with a spoon!!
