Ingredients

    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .12 cup or 1/8
    * *Flour, white, .0625 cup or 1/16
    * Salt, .25 tsp
    * Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    * *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    * Garlic powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    * *Blue Bonnet Homestyle vegetable oil spread, 1 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag or a bowl.

bake for about 30 minutes until done.
