I never imagined that I could eat Key Lime Pie and feel good about it! I never imagined that I could eat Key Lime Pie and feel good about it!
Number of Servings: 12


    1 can Fat Free sweetened condensed milk 14 oz can
    1/2 cup Key West Lime Juice
    1 teaspoon grated peel from a lime
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters, Original
    1/2 cup All-Whites Egg whites
    12 Keebler Ready Crust Mini Graham Cracker Pie Shell (2 packs of 6)

    Serves 12 people 1 pie each


Preheat oven to 350

Mix together the eggs and the egg whites in a mixer until well combined. Add in milk, juice, and grated lime until well mixed. Fill pie shells with mixture to the top of the shell. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes, until the mixture looks set (almost like a cheesecake). Let cool on wire rack and serve!

You can add whipped topping or better, meringue topping but it will change the calculations. The whipped topping would be added after cooled. The meringue topping would be added before cooking the pies.
