Introduction

This is a fresh fruit protein breakfast smoothie. This is a fresh fruit protein breakfast smoothie.

Ingredients

    1 cup Trader Joes's goat milk yogurt (unflavored)
    1 tbsp honey
    5 large Fresh strawberries
    1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple
    Living harvest Hemp Powder (vanilla flavored)


Directions

After washing and cutting fruit; Mix yogurt, hemp powder, honey and fruit in blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

For an added metabolism boost: cinnamon, cardamon or ground clove can be mixed in.

I also found that this recipe works well with a variety of fruit - banana, blueberry, or raspberries. Orange juice can be used also in lieu of fruit.

Flax seed or meal can also be added however, a little water may be needed to reduce thickness of smoothie.
