Ingredients

    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Margarine, hard, 1 stick (remove)
    *Milk, 2%, .5 cup (remove)
    *Quaker Quick minute Oatmeal plain w/water, 3 cup (remove)
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, .25 cup (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Mix the first 4ingredients together and bring to a boil. Boil 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. Beat until glossy. Drop on waxed paper by teaspoons. Makes 2 1/2 dozen. Can refrigerate to make cookies set faster.
