Ingredients
* *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 32 oz (2 lbs)
* Garlic, 2 cloves
* Scallions, raw, 5 medium (4-1/8" long) sliced
* *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 2 cans
* Mushrooms, canned, 2 cans
* Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
* Worcestershire, 1 tbsp
* Tarragon, ground, 1 tsp
* Salt and Pepper to taste (not in nutritional count)
Directions
Brown Ground Beef, Drain Well
Add all other ingredients except sour cream.
Heat over medium-low until hot and flavors blend, stiring occasionally (about 20 minutes)
Turn Heat to slow simmer, add sour cream
Heat an additional 10 minutes (do not boil).
Serve over Egg Noodles or Rice
