    4 cups swiss chard, chopped and cored.
    1.75oz Natural uncured bacon, chopped
    2 garlic cloves
    1tbs. pine nuts


On medium heat, in a large saute pan, saute bacon until crisp. Add pine nut when this happens. Add garlic and saute lightly. Add the swiss chard and cover, let steam. When wilted, serve. Enjoy.
