    Chicken breasts
    Red Peppers
    Purple Onion
    Cubed Fresh or Frozen Pineapple
    Brown Rice
    Mrs. Dash Spicy Terriyaki Marinade


Cut chicken into cubes. Cut pepper and onion into 1" squares or strips. Thaw pineapple if frozen. Get rice cooking per instructions. Add chicken, peppers, onions and pineapple to large skillet and cook until chicken is done. Add Spicy Terriyaki and salt to taste. Serve mixture over rice when ready. Makes 4 servings comprised of 6oz of chicken and 1/2C of rice each.
