-
1 (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 packet of Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
6-9 Red Potatos
1 medium Yellow Onion
20-30 Baby Carrots
3lb Beef round/ roast
1 can of chicken stock (about 1.5-2 cups)
Directions
1. Mix Cream of Mushroom soup and the lipton's onion soup mix in crockpot.
2. Cut up the Red Potatos andYello Onions; put them and the carrots in the crock pot.
3. Put the Pot Roast in the crockpot and mix the mushroom soup/ onion mix around a little to coat the Pot Roast.
4. Add as little or as much chicken stock to the crockpot and put the lid on. (The original receipe I got this from did not call for the chicken stock but I wanted to thin up the sauce a little, and I have a boyfriend who likes to take the lid off and look at it all the time so that extra moisture helped.)
5. Cook for 8-9 hours on Low or until the meat is tender.
6. Just before its time to eat pull the roast out pull the roast apart and mix back in with potatos, carrots and onion or just slice.
