Slow Cooker Premarinated Pork Loin Slow Cooker Premarinated Pork Loin

    2 lbs Bryan Lemon Pepper Pork Loin
    2 Tbsp White Cooking Wine
    1 Orange (cut into quarters)
    1/4 Cup Lemon Juice


Place premarinated pork in slow cooker. Use a fork to poke a few holes into orange pieces and place on top of pork (skin side up). Pour remaining ingredients over pork and oranges then set your slow cooker on low heat for 6 hours.

Makes 8 - 4oz servings. I like to pair it up with roasted vegetables that include sundried tomatoes and artichoke hearts. YUMMY
