Introduction

I made this from stuff I had in my freezer and my pantry. Amounts are approximate -- throw in whatever you think would be tasty. It's great for getting rid of freezer-burned veggies. Ingredients

    1 32-ounce box of low-fat/low-sodium chicken broth
    1 10-ounce can white chicken in water (undrained)
    4 to 8 ounces frozen mixed veggies
    4 to 8 ounces frozen peas & carrots
    poultry spice, thyme, sage, whatever you like (to taste)
    4 to 6 ounces very fine rice noodles, broken in half

Directions

Put everything except rice noodles into a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add seasonings to taste.
Lower heat and add rice noodles.
Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
