    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .25 cup
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
    *Pineapple, canned, .50 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    *Buns, Wheat, 4 serving
    Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 4 leaf outer
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 slice, medium (1/4" thick)


Mix turkey with chilis, green onions, peppers, pineapple, soy sause, salt and pepper. Make into pattys and grill on BBQ, Toast Whole Wheat Buns and serve with lettuce and tomato, along with what ever condoms.
