Ingredients

    Use any veggies or varieties you love to eat. Chop everything - saute in a wok lightly covered with evoo in batches adding plum sauce and soy sauce - place in a strainer to let excess water drain out -spoon onto wonton wrapper seal and crimp edges. place separately onto cookie sheet and place in freezer - once frozen remove and pack in freezer bags in portions you will use.Will last 3-4 months in the freezer. Great do ahead appetizer or quick meal.... take frozen won tons saute in lightly oiled wok until one side or both are browned, pour in about 1/2 cup of chicken broth and simmer til absorbed - about 5 minutes. Freshen up with sliced green onion on top.
