    Good

Pretty good. Not flaky like a regular pie crust and not as thick. That may be partially my fault because I used a 9.5 inch pie plate. With this recipe and stevia I managed to make an apple pie for 225 calories a slice (1/8th whole pie). I think this would work really well with a cream pie. - 10/6/12

    Very Good
It came out well. Like the other reviewer said, not as flaky. Baking it before adding the filling made it a bit tough. Will experiment and see if I can find something to make it less so - 7/12/20

is this recipe for both the top and bottom, or do I need to double it? - 2/3/13
