    4 Table spoon butter
    2/3 cup sugar
    1 egg

    2 cup flour
    1 Table spoon baking powder
    1/2 tea spoon salt

    1 1/4 cup milk

    1/2 cup oats
    1/4 cup oat bran

    1 banana
    1 cup chocolate chips


Soften butter. Mix butter sugar and egg till smooth.

Mix in flour, baking powder and salt.

Add milk and stir.

Mix in the oats and oat bran.

Add banana, thinly sliced, and chocolate chips.

Fill muffin tin.

Cook at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.
