    2 lb extra lean ground beef; browned
    4 pkgs oriental flavor Top Ramen, seasoning set aside
    1 lb pkg broccoli, carrots & water chestnuts (or other favorite vegie blend)


Brown ground beef, remove from pot and stir in 2 packets of flavoring from Ramen noodles. To pot add 4 cups of water, noodles & vegies. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until done. Put ground beef back in and toss together. Can add more flavoring if you want, but can leave out if watching sodium. Can also add soy sauce and/or powdered ginger.
