Ingredients

1 lb cooked left over steak
    1 chopped onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 tsp salt
    1 beer for deglazing
    2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans of pinto beans, flavored ones work well too
    1 can kidney beans
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp Chili powder
    1 tbsp Cumin

Directions

Dice up your steak and add it to a stew pot with your garlic and onions until heated and starting to stick to the bottom a little. Add your oregano, chili powder and cumin and stir. Add the beer to deglaze and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add your canned tomatoes and your salt and simmer another 5 minutes. If you got beans that are just in the juice of the beans then drain and rinse them, if they are in tomatoe sauce just add them. Once beans are rinsed add to pot. Stir and let simmer 10 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.

Good served with either corn bread or warm french bread. Enjoy!
