    1 lb ground turkey
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    2 cans kidney beans, drained
    1 large onion, sliced
    5 cloves garlic, pressed
    6 T chili powder
    1 T EVOO


Fry onions and garlic in olive oil. Add turkey and fry until pink begins to disappear. Add drained kidney beans, chili powder, oregano, and canned tomatoes. Simmer about 20 minutes.
