    White Wings Wholemeal Plain Flour 1 cup
    Apples, fresh, 1 small
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    Aldi's New Dawn Instant Skim Milk Powder 1 Cup made with 1/4 cup powder
    Arkadia Chai Tea, 1 serving
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    Flaxmeal 1tbls
    1/4 tsp of bicarb soda
    1/2 tsp cream tartar


Grate apple (dispose of core), mash banana - add togther.
Prep skim milk powder (or use fresh skim milk), whisk egg into milk. Add flour, bicarb, tartar and chai powder to mash, then gradually add milk and egg mix. Combine gently until mixed thoroughly. Heat non-stick pan gently on stove top. Add dessert spoonfuls of mixture into pan. Wait until large bubbles rise to the surface of each pancake before flipping to the other side. Cook until golden on each side. Ensure your pan is not too hot, you are better off cooking them gently so as each pancake cooks thoroughly throughout. Top with honey, or yogurt and fruit. Enjoy
