    1 c. mashed banana
    2 T canola oil
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. egg substitute
    4 t. baking powder
    1/2 t. salt
    2/3 c. 2% milk


Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full or use baking cups in tins. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
