    (2) 5-oz Boneless Chicken Breasts
    (1) Cup Fresh Thick Sliced Mushrooms
    (1) Tbsp Grated Parmesean
    (1) Tbsp Garlic Powder
    (1) Tsp Parsley Flakes
    (1/3) Cup Low Fat Cheeder and Monteray Jack Cheese
    (1) Tbsp Light Margarine
    Non Stick Cooking Spray


Melt Margarine in a large skillet, lightly sprinkle margarine with garlic powder when melted. Add mushrooms and saute over medium heat while covered. When they are done, remove them from the skillet and set aside..leave as much of the margarine in the skillet as you can.

Sprinkle both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder and parsley flakes spray skillet well with cooking spray and place in hot skillet.

Sprinkle on parmesean and cover. Cook for about 7 minutes on one side then flip over. Cover and cook another 7 minutes until done. I fliped mine until they were a little browned..but not too long as to dry them out.

When your chicken is done, return the mushrooms to the top of the chicken, then sprinkle the Monteray Jack Cheese on top of them. Cover until cheese is melted and mushrooms are hot.
