    1.5 cups carrot
    4 cups green beans
    one large onion
    4 tbsp canola oil
    1 lb beef cuck
    3 cup uncooked basmati rice
    0.5 cup tomato paste
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp tumeric
    1 tsp cinammon
    1 tbsp Mrs. dash lemon pepper


chop the onion and carrot in to 1/4 inch pieces and the beans in to one inch pieces. (you can use precut version)
saute onion, carrot and beans with 3 tbsp of oil until tender. Add tomato paste, tumeric, cinamon, salt and pepper and lemon pepper and mix well. Chop the beef in to small pieces and add it to the mix. Pour in 3 cups of water and let it cook until most of the water in gone.
Cook rice with 1 tbsp of oil in rice cooker or whatever way you want.
You can either mix the rice wit the stew or you can serve it seperately.
