    Fiber One Mix, 12 serving(one mix package)
    Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 jumbo
    Water, tap, 3/4 cup
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed


Preheat oven to 425.

Mix everything but the blueberries together, until just blended. (should be lumpy) fold in blueberries.

Line a cupcake pan with paper cups. Scoop batter into cups. (use ice cream scooper for more even cupcakes)

Bake for 17 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, carefully remove from pan. Cool completely before storing.

Store muffins loosely covered at room temperature. Or refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

To rewarm, microwave 1 muffin uncovered on paper towel on Medium power 10 to 15 seconds if room temperature, 20 to 30 seconds if refrigerated, 30 to 35 seconds if frozen.
