    * Bisquick Dry Mix, 2 cups
    * True Taste -Fat Free Milk, 1/2 cup
    * Brown Sugar, 1/3 cup, packed
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    * Banana, 1/2 cup, mashed


1. Heat oven to 425F.
2. Stir all ingredients in medium bowl until soft dough forms. Drop by 9 spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle with additional sugar, if desired.
3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown

  • Absolutely delicious; I'll be making this one again. And I made it just a bit healthier by using homemade baking mix (made with part white flour, part wheat, and less salt) and sucanat instead of brown sugar (it's less processed). - 4/19/10
