Ingredients

    4 4 oz bonless cuter cut pork chops ( all visible fat removed )
    McCormick garlic pepper seasoning ( grinder )
    white pepper
    1 tbsp extra light olive oil
    1 lg yellow onion thinly sliced into rings
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 green bell pepper sliced into thin strips
    1 tbsp Kikkoman lite soy sause
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
    cooking spray

Directions

Spray lg no-stick skillet add 1 tsp olive oil, heat skitlet on med-high, season chops with McCormick garlic pepper and white pepper. cook garlic for 1 minute then add chop and brown on both sides, remove chops, add remainder of olive oil, add onions and bell peppers, cook until limp. return chops and add remainder of ingredients. turn heat down to just below med. cover and cook until chop are cooked ( no pink )
