This is my favorite summer treat! Just mix yogurt and juice concentrate into popsicle containers and pop 'em in the freezer, and you've got a sweet high-protein breakfast treat or afternoon snack. This recipe was calculated with frozen OJ concentrate, but you can use any flavor--my favorites are orange pineapple and rasberry. This is my favorite summer treat! Ingredients

    2 cups (16oz) nonfat greek yogurt
    1/2 can frozen juice concentrate

Directions

Mix yogurt and frozen juice concentrate. You can mix well or leave small flakes of the juice concentrate, depending on preference. Change proportions to taste, but the frozen popsicles will taste stronger than the un-frozen mix.

Spoon mixture into popsicle forms and freeze overnight. Makes 4 popsicles.
